KATHUA, April 29 -- In a proactive step toward building a drug-free society, the Nasha Mukti Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) Committee of Government Degree College (GDC) Kathua organized a vibrant awareness rally on substance abuse today. Over 100 enthusiastic students from GDC Kathua marched through key areas of the town, amplifying a powerful community outreach effort to combat the rising menace of drug addiction.
