Kathua, Oct. 3 -- The SW Wing of 4 J&K Bn NCC of GDC Kathua, organized its prestigious Rank Ceremony on 3rd of October 2025 to confer ranks upon deserving cadets for their outstanding dedication, leadership, and service.
The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Pinkey CTO, 4 J&K Bn NCC, followed by an inspiring speech by the Dr. Yash Paul, HOD Urdu who emphasized the values of discipline, leadership, and patriotism embodied by the NCC. Prof Neelam Bhagat, HOD Home Science was the chief guest of this occasion who have graced this occasion along with Prof. Shalini Gupta and Prof. Shivani Kotwal.
