JAMMU, Feb. 25 -- Gaurav Gupta, BJP Spokesperson and Convenor, International Affairs, on Wednesday launched a sweeping attack on the Congress party, alleging what he termed a decades-long "compromise mission" under the Nehru-Gandhi family that, he claimed, weakened India strategically, diplomatically and institutionally.

Issuing a statement, Gupta said the issue was not about "one isolated mistake" but a "pattern stretching from Jawaharlal Nehru to Rahul Gandhi."

Gupta alleged that key historical decisions - including the handling of Tibet, internationalising Kashmir at the United Nations, and the Berubari territorial agreement - reflected what he described as strategic concessions that diluted India's leverage.
