KATHUA, Aug. 31 -- Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Kissan Congress Chairman Bharat Priye today addressed an impressive meeting of farmers at Kathua, which witnessed enthusiastic participation of farmers from different villages of the district.
