JAMMU, Aug. 25 -- Former Commissioner of Jammu Municipal Corporation, Er. Kiran Wattal, was conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award at the International Excellence Awards 2026, organized by Kiteskraft Productions, in recognition of his over four decades of exemplary public service in urban governance, sports development, community welfare and humanitarian initiatives.
