JAMMU, Sept. 3 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Crime Branch Jammu, has filed a chargesheet before the Hon'ble Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge (Anti-Corruption Court) Udhampur against Allah Din S/o Dalmir R/o Battal Balian, Udhampur and Joginder Kumar Sawhney (now expired), the then Tehsildar, Udhampur, in connection with allegations of cheating, forgery and manipulation of revenue records.
The case FIR No. 66/2022 was registered on the basis of a written complaint lodged by Shamas Din S/o Noor Jamal R/o Battal Tehsil and District Udhampur.
