MANDI UDD, April 12 -- Duggar Manch commemorated the birth anniversaries of two eminent stalwarts of Dogri literature-Kavi Charan Singh and Padma Shri Padma Sachdev-at Guda Salathia, Mandi Udhampur, in a dignified and culturally enriching event.

The program was presided over by Nagendra Singh Jamwal (JKAS), while Dr. Kasturi Lal, a member of the Senior Citizens' Assistance Group, attended as the Chief Guest.
