Samba, Sept. 22 -- Continuing its drive against drug smugglers/peddlers, Samba Police has arrested one drug peddler in the jurisdiction of Police Station Ghagwal and recovered approximately 6.12 grams of heroin (chitta) like substance alongwith weighing machine from his possession.
A Police party of Police Station Ghagwal during vehicle checking near Gura Jattan Mandi Ghagwal, intercepted a scotty without registration number for its checking. During frisking of the rider, approximately 6.12 grams of heroin like substance and an electronic weighing machine were recovered from his possession.
