JAMMU, Oct. 8 -- Dr Vikas Kundal today took over as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, in a formal charge handover and takeover ceremony held at the Divisional Commissioner's Office, Jammu.
The outgoing Divisional Commissioner, Ramesh Kumar, formally handed over the charge to Dr Vikas Kundal in the presence of senior officers and officials of the Divisional Commissioner's Office.
A farewell function was subsequently organised in honour of the outgoing Divisional Commissioner, Ramesh Kumar. Senior officers and officials felicitated him and acknowledged his contributions towards the administration and development of Jammu Division, while conveying their best wishes for his new assignment.
