NEW DELHI, April 21 -- Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board Chairperson Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi today called upon Union Minister for Minority Affairs Kiren Rijiju at New Delhi and discussed at length the transformative initiatives of the Board and the future roadmap.
