DODA, Oct. 9 -- District Police Doda, under the jurisdiction of Police Station Gandoh, has successfully pursued a Complaint under Section 355 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against Sajad Hussain, son of Mohd Yousuf, residing in Village Kandolu Hazari, Tehsil Gandoh, District Doda. The charges stemmed from his disruptive behavior and misconduct and causing public nuisance due to alcohol consumption in the Kandolu Bhargi Market area. Following a thorough examination of the case, the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate 1st Class (JMIC) in Gandoh found the accused guilty.
