UDHAMPUR, May 15 -- In compliance with the directions of the Member Secretary, J&K Legal Services Authority, Sub-Judge/Secretary District Legal Services Authority Udhampur Sumati Sharma today convened a meeting regarding the forthcoming Special Lok Adalat for cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
The meeting was attended by Chief Judicial Magistrate Rekha Kapoor Nischal; Sub-Judge/Special Mobile Magistrate Pooja Raina; Munsiff JMIC Neena Thakur; Additional Special Mobile Magistrate Akash Deep and Rishabh Koushal
The meeting held detailed deliberations regarding the effective and smooth conduct of the Special Lok Adalat.
