UDHAMPUR, June 27 -- Chairman, District Legal Services Authority and Principal District & Sessions Judge Udhampur, Kalpana Revo, accompanied by Sub-Judge and Secretary DLSA Udhampur Sumati Sharma, conducted the quarterly inspection of the Prison Legal Aid Clinic and a jail visit at District Jail Udhampur. The inspection reviewed the functioning of the Prison Legal Aid Clinic to assess the availability and effectiveness of legal aid services provided to inmates, focusing on ensuring eligible prisoners receive free legal assistance, legal awareness and timely representation under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.
