SRINAGAR, Feb. 10 -- In view of the forthcoming holy month of Ramadhan, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, on Tuesday chaired a high-level meeting to review arrangements aimed at facilitating smooth observance of the fasting month across the Kashmir Division.
