JAMMU, June 5 -- On the eve of World Environment Day, the Directorate of Tourism Jammu organised a plantation drive at the Tourist Reception Centre (TRC), Jammu, as part of its commitment towards environmental conservation and sustainable development.
The plantation drive was undertaken to promote environmental awareness and encourage collective action for creating a greener and healthier environment. Officers and officials of the department actively participated in the programme by planting saplings within the office premises.
