Delhi temperature slightly up; IMD forecasts clear skies for next few days
NEW DELHI, Oct. 3 -- The National Capital saw a slight increase in the maximum temperature on Saturday, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasting sunny days for the next few days. Safdarjung, a representative of the city's weather, recorded a maximum temperature of 37.1 degrees Celsius, 1.1 degrees more than Friday and a minimum temperature of 23.2 degrees Celsius, 0.9 degrees above normal and the same as the day before. Palam recorded a maximum temperature of 34.8 degrees Celsius, 0.7 degrees more than the day before and a minimum temperature of 22.6 degrees Celsius, 0.1 degree more than the day before; Lodhi Road recorded a minimum of 22.4 degrees Celsius; Ayanagar recorded a minimum of 22.8 degrees Celsius.
