KULGAM, Feb. 26 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Shahzad Alam, today chaired a meeting of concerned officers to review the implementation and progress of the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana in the district.
The scheme aims to enhance rooftop solar capacity across residential households, enabling them to generate their own electricity, significantly reduce monthly power bills, and benefit from substantial government financial assistance.
During the meeting, Executive Engineer, KPDCL, Kulgam, presented a detailed overview of the progress achieved so far.
