KISHTWAR, Oct. 24 -- Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pankaj Kumar Sharma today flagged off a contingent of 40 Children with Special Needs (CWSN) of district Kishtwar from the Mini Secretariat, New DC Office Complex for a one-day exposure visit and sports event to Gulabgarh, Sub-Division Paddar.
The programme has been organised by the School Education Department Kishtwar under the supervision of Chief Education Officer Sanjay Dogra, under the Inclusive Education component of Samagra Shiksha J&K district Kishtwar.
The initiative aims to provide children with special needs opportunities for participation, recreation, social interaction and holistic development.
