JAMMU, Aug. 2 -- District Development Commissioner Jammu Sachin Kumar Vaishya today chaired a high-level meeting at MAM Stadium to review the preparedness for the Independence Day celebrations.
The meeting was attended by Senior Superintendent of Police, Joginder Singh; Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Harbaksh Singh; Additional Commissioner Revenue, Dr. Rajesh Kumar; Tehsildar Jammu Khas, Paramdeep Singh; Executive Engineers from line departments, and senior officers from other departments.
During the meeting, the DC took a comprehensive review of critical arrangements, including foolproof security, traffic regulation, crowd management, logistics and essential amenities for both students and visitors.
