POONCH, July 18 -- Deputy Commissioner Poonch Ashok Kumar Sharma today chaired a district-level meeting of the Narco-Coordination (NCORD) Committee to review action taken by various departments for prevention and control of drug abuse and narcotics-related activities.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed action taken by different departments regarding enforcement measures, awareness campaigns, rehabilitation initiatives and inter-departmental coordination to curb drug abuse.
