Jammu, Sept. 29 -- The Viksit Bharat Yuva Seva Pakhwada - Connect Edition was celebrated with great zeal at Govt. MAM College, Cluster University of Jammu (CLUJ), highlighting youth engagement, social responsibility, and the spirit of nation-building. The programme brought together students, faculty members, and NSS volunteers in a vibrant display of teamwork and community service.
