JAMMU, July 27 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Crime Branch Jammu, has filed a charge-sheet before the Ld. Court of Special Mobile Magistrate Passenger Tax Jammu against accused Ghulam Rasool Wani S/o Mohammad Asgar Wani R/o Parisabad Pora, Budgam in connection with FIR No. 05/2022 registered under Sections 420, 465 and 468 IPC for allegedly cheating job aspirants by issuing forged appointment orders of J&K Bank.
The case registered on a written complaint lodged by Sandeep Kumar, who alleged that during 2019 the accused assured him to get employment as a Banking Attendant in J&K Bank.
