JAMMU, June 25 -- On the written complaint of Khursheed Ahmed Naik S/o Mohd. Sadiq Naik R/o Sarachi, Tehsil Khari, District Ramban, a case FIR No. 33/2025 U/S 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120-B RPC was registered in Crime Branch EOW Jammu.
During the course of investigation, it was established that the accused had allegedly prepared and used forged school leaving certificate to secure a Govt. job in the year 2016 in Social Welfare Department Khari Ramban and thereby cheating the department causing huge loss to state exchequer. The investigation revealed sufficient evidence regarding the preparation and use of the fake certificate for wrongful gain.
