Jammu, June 23 -- The judicial fraternity at Jammu on Tuesday expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of Smt. Shakti Devi, revered mother of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, and Smt. Ranjana Kumari Koul, Junior Assistant posted in the Court of CBI Cases, Jammu.
A condolence meeting was held at 1 pm in the Conference Hall of District Court Complex, Jammu, under the banner of the Office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jammu, to pay homage to the departed souls. The meeting was attended by learned Judicial Officers and staff members posted at District Headquarters Jammu.
