JAMMU, Sept. 22 -- The Principal Sessions Court, Shopian, has sentenced Bilal Ahmad Seh to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of ?1 lakh after convicting him under Section 302 RPC for the murder of Kamal Adfar in a 2019 case arising out of an orchard dispute.
The sentence was awarded by Principal Sessions Judge, Shopian, Mehmood Ahmad Chowdhary in FIR No. 19/2019 registered at Police Station Zainapora. The case relates to the killing of Kamal Adfar on April 8, 2019 at Nismhall, Humhuna Nagbal.
