AKHNOOR, Oct. 27 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Vice President, Jammu & Kashmir, Rekha Mahajan, strongly condemned the reported objectionable remark by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Patna, accusing the Congress leadership of lowering political standards and substituting constructive opposition with personal attacks.
