SAMBA, July 29 -- In a major outreach to the farming community, the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Kissan Congress today organised a grand Kissan Rally at Swankha under the leadership of JKPCC Kissan Congress Chairman Bharat Priye. The rally was held in the presence of AICC Secretary, Jalandhar Cantt MLA and AICC In-charge for Jammu and Kashmir, Pargat Singh, who addressed a large gathering of farmers, Congress workers and local residents.
