Bishnah, Sept. 30 -- Government Degree College Bishnah, an esteemed institute under the Department of Higher Education, J&K, released its annual college magazine SAHITYAKI in a grand function held in the college premises on 30th September 2025.The event was graced by Padma Shri Awardee, renowned writer, and educationist Dr. Jitendra Udhampuri, who was the Chief Guest of the programme.
