CHANDIGARH, Aug. 3 -- The Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann led Punjab Vidhan Sabha, on Monday paid heartfelt tributes to departed souls who had passed away since the last session of the Assembly.
During the onset of Monsoon session of the 16th Punjab Vidhan Sabha, the House paid respects to the departed soul of former MLA Sahi Ram Bishnoi, Martyr Sepoy Sarabjit Singh, Freedom Fighter S. Seva Singh, Olympian Randhir Singh, Lyricist and Writer Bhula Ram, popularly known as Chann Goraya, S. Manjeet Singh Dhos (Uncle of MLA Devinderjeet Singh Laddi Dhos) and S.
