Kathua, Sept. 30 -- In alignment with the ongoing nationwide campaign "Seva Pakhwada" (Seva Parv) commemorating the spirit of service and civic responsibility, the 4 J&K Bn NCC Unit (Boys and Girls) of Government Degree College, Kathua, organized a Cleanliness Pledge Ceremony followed by a Campus Cleanliness Drive in the college premises.
