Jammu, April 2 -- In a significant development in the investigation of the Thanamandi terror attack case, SIA J&K has filed a charge sheet before the designated court , against Sabar Hussain for harbouring terrorists affiliated with Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)/The Resistance Front (TRF), involved in the brutal killing of Mohd Razaq.
The case pertains to an incident that occurred on April 22, 2024, when unidentified terrorists, forcibly entered the residence of Mohd Razaq at Kunda, Shahdara Sharief, Thanamandi, and opened indiscriminate fire. Mohd Razaq, succumbed to injuries on the spot, while his brother, Tahir Khurshid alias Tahir Fauji, a TA jawan sustained injuries.
