JAMMU, Aug. 16 -- The Central Govt Pensioners' Welfare Association, Jammu celebrated the 79th Independence Day on 15th August with traditional fervor. The ceremony was held at its premises at Wazarat road complex, attended by a large number of former civil servants. The President of the Association, Kuldeep Khoda unfurled the national flag followed by the national anthem.
