JAMMU, Aug. 5 -- Crime Branch Jammu has successfully investigated case FIR No. 01/2009 registered U/S 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B RPC r/w Section 5(2) of the J&K Prevention of Corruption Act and has filed a chargesheet before the Court of the Hon'ble Additional Sessions Judge (Anti-Corruption), Jammu. The case was registered on the basis of reliable information regarding large-scale irregularities in the functioning of the RTO Jammu office, resulting loss to the Government exchequer worth lakhs of rupees.
