New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- A National Conclave was held at Delhi by Directorate of Ex-Servicemen Welfare on 29 Sep 2025. A number of ESM were felicitated for their contributions to Society. Brig Harcharan Singh (Retired) was felicitated by the Raksha Mantri Sh Rajnath Singh at Delhi.The impressive National Conclave was attended by many dignitaries including Gen Anil Chauhan, CDS and Gen Upendra Dwivedi, COAS.
