Jammu, Oct. 10 -- In a major counter-terror operation aimed at dismantling the terror ecosystem and cracking down on unlawful networks, Srinagar Police on Friday launched a series of coordinated raids across the city, tightening the noose around overground workers (OGWs) and associates of proscribed terrorist organizations.
The massive search operation, carried out under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), marks one of the most extensive anti-terror drives in recent months, underscoring the police's zero-tolerance policy toward any element aiding militancy in the region.
