The growing use of mobile phones, computers, laptops, and television has led to increased complaints of eye strain and headaches among children, youth, elderly people, and women. At the National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Panchkula, Ayurvedic treatment methods for declining vision are proving beneficial.
