JAMMU, June 6 -- In a press Statement President Chamber of Commerce & Industry Arun Gupta expressed grave concern over the frequent unscheduled and prolonged power cuts across Jammu region causing immense hardships, inconvenience and discomfort to the honest consumers and households in this hot and humid weather conditions. Arun Gupta said that even the areas with 100% Smart meters are not spared from the unscheduled power cuts despite the government's assurance of providing 24x7 power supply in these zones at the time of installation of smart meters.
