Rajouri, Oct. 2 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party has expanded its organisational outreach among the student community with the constitution of its student wing at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU), Rajouri), appointing a six-member team to represent the concerns and aspirations of students at the university.
The development comes amid a series of recent Apni Party programmes involving young people. On September 16, the party had reported the joining of nearly 200 youths along with around 100 other residents from Arnia at its Jammu headquarters, with party president Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari stressing greater participation of young people in public affairs.
