CHANDIGARH, Oct. 8 -- In a significant move to ensure transparency and mutual consensus, Punjab Finance Minister and Chairman of the Cabinet Sub-Committee for the Resolution of Employees' Issues, Advocate Harpal Singh Cheema on Wednesday directed the officials from the administrative departments to involve the respective union leaders in the process of finalising the draft proposals before these are formally sent to the Finance Department, the Personnel Department, or the Cabinet Sub-Committee for final approval.
