JAMMU, Sept. 3 -- The 51st Foundation Day of BALGRAN - A Charitable Home for Children was celebrated on 3rd September 2026 with great enthusiasm and fervour at Balgran, Channi Rama, Jammu in which Arun Gupta, President, Chamber of Commerce & Industries was the Chief Guest & presided over by V.K. Raina President of Balgran. The function was attended by large number of Citizens. Members of the Balgran & Parents of the inmates including ex- inmates.
