JAMMU, Aug. 31 -- Under the aegis of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Regional Office, Jammu, the 37th Two-Day Youth Parliament Competition was successfully inaugurated at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Jammu. Eight teams from various Kendriya Vidyalayas of Jammu Division participated in the competition with great zeal and enthusiasm.
MLA, Bahu Constituency, Vikram Randhawa graced the occasion as the chief guest. The other eminent dignitaries present on the occasion were Janab Islam Khan, Assistant Commissioner, KVS, RO Jammu; Amit Walter, Principal, KV No. 2, Akhnoor and Bhushan Kumar, Principal, KV No. 1, Akhnoor.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries.
