KATHUA, Aug. 17 -- The District Administration Kathua has established a round-the-clock Flood Control Room after cloudbursts hit parts of the district - including Jodh Khad and Juthana - claiming four lives, injuring many, and causing damage to property, officials said on Sunday.
They advised the people to stay alert and informed.
