Jammu, Oct. 2 -- Live For Others - Being Helpful Foundation (NGO), in collaboration with Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) and Talla Jewellers, successfully organized a two-day Cleanliness Drive under the "Save River Tawi Campaign" at Rajiv Colony, Tawi Ghat on the occasions of Ashtmi & Maha Navmi. The event was supported by NSS Cluster University of Jammu, Department of Sociology (University of Jammu), and GCW Parade.
During the campaign, volunteers collected and segregated nearly 2783 kilograms of waste materials. All non-biodegradable items were carefully placed at designated collection points, ensuring that only the holy Saakh flows through the river.
