India, Sept. 1 -- ProHance Appoints Ankur Agarwal as it looks to give its workforce management business a stronger enterprise sales push. Agarwal will lead the growth charter for ProHanceCX, ProHance's dedicated product line for workforce management, while working closely with the sales organisation to expand its footprint globally.

The appointment comes with a clear commercial mandate. Rather than treating ProHanceCX as another product addition, the company is placing an experienced CX and WFM sales leader at the centre of its effort to build the offering into a market leader.
