India, Sept. 22 -- India's electronics manufacturing opportunity is moving beyond finished devices, with power infrastructure becoming another area for local production. The Plumage and Huntkey partnership aims to build that opportunity around power adapters, power supplies, chargers and other power conversion products.

Plumage Solutions and Shenzhen Huntkey Electric will jointly develop, localise, manufacture, market and commercialise these products in India. Manufacturing is planned to begin in Puducherry in October 2026, with an initial annual capacity of 1 million units.
