India, July 13 -- Lava has confirmed that 86 employees and channel partners who were part of the company's Vietnam incentive trip have safely returned to India following the tragic boat accident near Phu Quoc. The company also said the remaining team members are in Vietnam to complete repatriation formalities, while one channel partner continues to receive medical treatment.

The update comes days after the speedboat carrying Indian tourists capsized off the coast of Phu Quoc. The accident claimed 15 Indian lives, including several Lava channel partners and one company employee, while many others were rescued. The incident occurred during an incentive trip organised for Lava's channel ecosystem.
