India, Aug. 6 -- Leadership transitions often reveal where a company wants to focus next. Ericsson appoints Randeep Raina as Head of Customer Unit Vodafone Idea (Vi), placing an experienced telecom executive at the centre of one of its most important customer relationships in India. He succeeds Krishna Patil, who has been appointed Executive Advisor to Andres Vicente.

The appointment comes as Ericsson and Vi continue working together on network evolution and digital transformation. While the announcement focuses on leadership, it also reflects Ericsson's effort to align experienced technology leaders with key customer relationships.
