India, June 23 -- The edForce Enterprise Learning Report points to a major shift in how organisations are preparing for artificial intelligence adoption. Rather than relying primarily on external hiring, enterprises are increasingly investing in workforce development to build the skills needed for large-scale AI deployment.

According to edForce's FY2025-26 enterprise learning data, organisations are expanding investments across Agentic AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, leadership development and certification-led learning.
