India, March 2 -- CRY FOR my Delhi. This is my city-my family records many generations who have lived here. It is also where I have spent most of my professional career advocating for clean air, clean water and everything that we need for a basic well-being. We have garbage everywhere; potholes; no traffic discipline; congestion, illegal buildings and parking that add to the chaos of road management; water supply that is struggling to keep up with demand; a forsaken Yamuna river, which is a receptacle of sewage; and of course, the now infamous unbreathable air.
