India, Feb. 25 -- Justice Deepak Gupta, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India; Ashok Lavasa, former Secretary, Union Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India; and Sunita Narain, Director General, Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), released CSE and Down To Earth's flagship publication, the annual State of India's Environment (SOE) report at the Anil Agarwal Dialogue 2026 on February 25, 2026.
